Net-Ctrl and IT Channel International Limited

Net-Ctrl Ltd is pleased to announce that they have acquired the business of security house IT Channel International Limited, based in Bournemouth.

IT Channel International Limited is a firm of Network Security Consultants that specialise in the provision of Network Infrastructure Security Solutions, including Firewalls; SSL VPN; Secure Remote Access; Unified Threat Management; Secure Content Management; Identity and Access Management; E-mail Security; Security Reporting; Patch Management and EndPoint Control.

The acquisition which is being self financed by Net-Ctrl, is part of a strategic plan to offer enhanced solutions to clients nationwide.

Managing Director Tony Pullon of Net-Ctrl said “The Company has just recorded its best year ever with all our targets being reached and we are aiming to grow the business substantially over the next few years”.

Net-Ctrl have recently formed a Physical Security division to exploit the exciting new developments in IP and networked based CCTV and access control. Based on Megapixel technology, and employing PoE; these are now true building security solutions for the 21st century.
